WHAT IS A CHANGE STYLE

In the world of psychology and personal development, various tools like Insights Discovery, MBTI, or DISC have been designed to help people understand themselves and others, improving decision-making and workplace relationships. While not all these tools are scientifically proven, we find that many people recognize patterns of behavior that are congruent with the colors or letters that those tools provide in their models.

We applied this approach to change management and created a simple and memorable four-type model. Why? Because this model enhances self-awareness, a critical factor for success in change management. Understanding your own profile better allows you to be a more authentic change manager.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CHANGE STYLE AND THOSE OF OTHERS  WILL RESULT IN…

Better understanding of the approach to change of yourself and others.

Smarter communication with your sponsor and higher efficacy of your sponsors’ activities.

Better matching of roles, phases, and projects with your preference and that of others as well.

And at the end of the day; higher success rates with your change journeys and more fun at work.
