The program is spread over the course of a year, providing ample time for practice and application. It is a deep dive with knowledge and application on your projects. The program has four training sessions followed up by individual expert advice, offering both theoretical and practical insights along with various tools to elevate your competence.

Private (online) sessions with Erik on demand about your challenges (expert advice)

We offer a program of a year that will assist a seasoned change managers on their change journey. The program will be very customized and related to your project and challenges. Learning is one, but application is two and measuring success is three.

The Change Competency program is based on 4 seasonal cycles:
Acquiring knowledge via live training sessions of a full day
Applying it to your project (which might take some time because the topic might not be applicable, or you might need more time to become savvy in applying the learnings)
Private individual online sessions (2hrs) that support you with your application (and other possible challenges)

Live training session on change styles, matching programs, and sponsor styles
Applying it to your project: Asses your (change/project) team and your sponsor coalition
Private online session that analyzes your findings and possible tactics
Spring: Neuroscience and Styles
Live training session on neuroscience and apply this to sponsor activities.
Applying it to your project: Support your sponsor coalition with a plan.
Private online session to fine tune your tactics
Summer: Challenges and Next steps
You determine the program: Live sharing and training session based on the participants. challenges, co-creation, sharing literature, knowledge, insights, etc.
Applying it to your project: Apply your learnings to your project.

Fall: Communication tactics
Live training session on change styles and communication strategies.
Applying it to your project: Tailor your communication plan.
