WHO IS THE CHANGE STYLIST
I’m Erik F Steketee, a seasoned change manager, a Prosci certified Advanced Instructor, and the founder of Change Stylist. You may recognize me from my involvement in De Processpecialisten or The People Side of Change, two consulting and change management companies that I initiated.
OUR APPROACH
Change Stylist is a boutique change consulting firm, specializing in providing valuable support to experienced change managers and Prosci Practitioners facing everyday challenges related to sponsor relationships and communication. We offer knowledge-rich programs designed to empower you with actionable insights in the psychology of change. Our focus on understanding behavior, communication styles, and change preferences allows us to align you, your sponsor, and your team for success.
As a community of change enthusiast, we believe in the power of shared learning. In every program we offer, you will have the opportunity to learn from your trainer and fellow participants. Drawing from collective experience of other seasoned change managers, you will gain valuable insights, helping you navigate sponsor behavior and enhance your working relationships. Additionally, we share a behavioral analysis model that equips you to establish immediate and stronger connections with your sponsor.

The Change Stylist program focuses on success and enjoyment. All new knowledge and tools can be applied directly to your own practice. The Change Stylist’s approach is designed to help all stakeholders play an effective role in the change process — both in the program for change managers and Prosci Practitioners, and in the program for organizations.
