WHAT IS CHANGE
COMPETENCY?
In a small group we work on each other's challenges in ongoing projects, such as sponsorship, resistance, communication and the smart application of tools. We analyze the projects in four online sessions and provide each other with expert advice. The sessions are moderated by the Change Stylist. I will bring additional insights and tools to take the next step. And we also use each other's knowledge and experience to come up with directly applicable solutions.

WHO IS THE CHANGE STYLIST?
You will probably know me as the initiator of The People Side of Change. You may even have been certified by me as a Prosci Practitioner. The People Side of Change has been acquired by Prosci and will integrate into Prosci Europe. So there you will find more options to keep your Prosci knowledge up to date.
WHY?
Many Prosci Practitioners and change managers need a more in-depth analysis or focus on their own case, or would like to use other models within to the Prosci method. And that is exactly Change Stylist's raison d'être; my new initiative.
Method: 4 days in person training sessions, followed up by a individual specialist consult (online) • Tools: The Change Style Assessment will be made available for participants to use on their own projects • Access: to the portal with additional materials and checklists • Group size: 8 – 10 participants

We offer a program of a year that will assist a seasoned change managers on their change journey. The program will be very customized and related to your project and challenges. Learning is one, but application is two and measuring success is three.

The Change Competency program is based on 4 seasonal cycles:
Acquiring knowledge via live training sessions of a full day
Applying it to your project (which might take some time because the topic might not be applicable, or you might need more time to become savvy in applying the learnings)
Private individual online sessions (2hrs) that support you with your application (and other possible challenges)
The seasons are:
Winter: Change Styles
Live training session on change styles, matching programs, and sponsor styles
Applying it to your project: Asses your (change/project) team and your sponsor coalition
Private online session that analyzes your findings and possible tactics
Spring: Neuroscience and Styles
Live training session on neuroscience and apply this to sponsor activities.
Applying it to your project: Support your sponsor coalition with a plan.
Private online session to fine tune your tactics
Summer: Challenges and Next steps
You determine the program: Live sharing and training session based on the participants. challenges, co-creation, sharing literature, knowledge, insights, etc.
Applying it to your project: Apply your learnings to your project.
Private online session to discuss challenges, success, and next steps.
Fall: Communication tactics
Live training session on change styles and communication strategies.
Applying it to your project: Tailor your communication plan.
Private online sessions that support your measurement of success.
WHAT DOES THE CHANGE COMPETENCY PROGRAM OFFER?
This program focuses on advanced change challenges, consisting of:
Four live (on site) training sessions on change styles, neuroscience and, sponsor and communication strategies
The first session will kick off in March 2025. We will assess your challenges in an intake beforehand.
Private (online) sessions with Erik on demand about your challenges (expert advice)

Access to the portal with tools and additional models
Group size: 8- 10 participants
Investment: € 2750 per participant, ex VAT
We provide a deep dive into resistance models, neuroscience and change, individual change drivers and sponsor relations. During the year you will apply the learnings, assisted with expert-advice from the Change Stylist. The program will be very customized and related to your project and challenges. Learning is one, but application is two and measuring success is three.
