WHO IS THE CHANGE STYLIST?
I’m Erik F Steketee, a seasoned change manager, a Prosci certified Advanced Instructor, and the founder of Change Stylist. You may recognize me from my involvement in De Processpecialisten or The People Side of Change, two consulting and change management companies that I initiated.

This is the lightest option. It connects you to our community and provides you with regular updates and insights.

For those who are interested to learn (online) through real-life challenges and analysis in a small group.

For those who want to gain new knowledge and insights on change styles and sponsor challenges and apply them to real life scenarios. This program is a mix of in-person training sessions, followed up with challenges (online).

For those who are committed to becoming a change expert and want to enhance their change competence. The program is spread over the course of a year, providing ample time for practice and application. It is a deep dive with knowledge and application on your projects. The program has four training sessions followed up by individual expert advice, offering both theoretical and practical insights along with various tools to elevate your competence.

THE CHANGE STYLE COMMUNITY
The Change Style Community provides experienced change managers with a platform for gaining new knowledge and additional insights. Led by community manager Erik, it offers various activities and resources for professional development. These include:
Facilitated discussions on relevant topics.
Training sessions to enhance your skills.
Workshops that encourage learning from each other's experiences.
Participation in the community activities is obligatory for program subscribers, as it fosters a spirit of collaboration and mutual support. The meetings are typically held in Belgium and the Netherlands, with the choice of language (Dutch or English) determined by participant preferences.
